Yuito was a member of the Seto Platoon until his captain, Seto Narukami died when he committed suicide in attempt to stop the brainwashed Nagi.Īfter the death of his father, Joe Sumeragi falsely by Kasane (truly by Kagero), Yuito became the leader of his own Platoon to fight for Suoh until when he learning the truth from the Old OSF Hospital, he and his Platoon were branded as traitors by the New Himuka Government and cannot go back to Suoh anymore just like Kasane and her Platoon. He was raised and trained together with his best friend, Nagi Karman to become OSF rookies. He was taken to the OSF Hospital for experimentation acquire psionic powers from the red strings where his mother was assassinated by the Design Children and he was saved by Kasane Randall (who travelled 11 years from the present to save Wakana and take her timeline to close the Kunad Gate before Wakana return to her time and dies by infusing the red string to her brain). He was born without psionic powers which made him a dud. Yuito was born as the second son of the Sumeragi Family. He idolized Baki when he collects many Baki items. After discovering the truth from the Old OSF hospital, Yuito doesn't want to be called a hero when he was branded as a traitor by the New Himuka Government.

Yuito’s combat and powers was swordsmanship who was skilled with samurai style katana fighting abilities who slashes and jumps while he fights against his enemies. Yuito was the bravest, serious, compassionate, wise, honorable and kind-hearted person who pursue his dreams of becoming an OSF soldier for his will from his father, Joe Sumeragi after being saved by future OSF soldier, Kasane Randall while the grotesque flower like creature known as Others, attacked him when he was five years old. He has an earring-like cuff on his left ear. He wears a Black OSF Samurai Battle garb which consists of a black hooded jacket, his accessories are four black pockets strapped with red straps, long black pants and black boots with grey piece strapped on top of his sole. Yuito, a young teenager soldier with short, dark brown black hair with six dyed red streaks and red eyes.
